What we ship

Start a chat on desktop, pick it up on your phone. Sessions stay alive even when you close the tab; the agent's mid-stream replies and in-flight work survive the switch.

Campaign performance tracking, keyword bidding analysis, budget optimization, and ROI reporting.

REST API for programmatic access to your store analytics data.

Export analytics to PDF and CSV. Automated weekly digest emails.

• The overlay reads every OneTalk thread by Alibaba's own message ID, so a translation reload can't trick it into sending twice
• Every reply is drafted from your product KB (price, MOQ, US-stock) and pinned above the composer for one-tap approval
• Legal, refund, and custom-spec asks are flagged instead of drafted

• Ctrl+H now shows extension health in two rows: 'Extension loaded' + 'Bridge channel'
• Activity indicator surfaces the agent's latest thinking line during silent stretches
• Streaming text no longer mashes pre-tool and post-tool sentences into one bubble

• Data prefetch no longer hangs on a stale Cloudflare R2 socket; cold reads recover automatically
• Automation pane keeps streaming the live run when you reload mid-task or open a second tab
• Store-correctness preflight on the first task of every session: confirm target store, account, and browser
• Per-action confirm card for click / fill / drag / key / upload / select — you decide before anything fires
• Press Ctrl+H to open the System Health panel: app, database, R2, chat container, automation, extension

• Chat opens as a full sub-window: side-by-side panes, independent sessions, close one without losing the other
• Click points land with small offsets inside buttons instead of dead-center
• Pre-click mouse movement follows a curved path
• Typing cadence varies turn to turn instead of robotic equal spacing
• Scroll splits into softer pulses that decelerate naturally

• Turn on Browser Automation in the chat panel
• Aliclaw navigates, clicks, fills inputs, and scrolls your logged-in Alibaba seller pages
• Runs in its own tab group in your window — never touches your other tabs
• Scoped to a domain whitelist (Alibaba seller pages only)

• Chat greets you with the time of day and day of week in your local timezone
