AliData is a diagnostic and analytics platform for Alibaba and AliExpress sellers. We provide product analysis, keyword intelligence, market insights, and competitor tracking tools to help you optimize your store performance.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of AliData.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties or allow others to access the service through your account.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to AliData.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the service beyond its intended use.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of any data you upload to or import into AliData. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your store data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. Diagnostic reports and insights generated by AliData from your data are provided for your use and remain yours.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep AliData available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AliData and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
